Love that insight Pastor Greg!
INSIGHT: Bold faith draws God close even amongst the crowd. He smiles upon faith that believes he can move mountains! Luke 18:39

Everyday what God asks of me is more than I can give. And so, everyday, I ask God to give me His power and His stength to accomplish whatever He calls me to do for that day. I don't have the ability on my own to be a good, patient mom; to be a self-sacrificing, servant-wife; and to focus on God and not my circumstances. I also have addictions in my life that I overcome one day at a time only because of His strength and power. (I must abide in Him but He even gives me the ability to do that!) The saying "God equips those He calls, He doesn't call the equipped" isn't just for pastors or missionaries. God calls His people (me) everyday to a life of righteousness, obedience and abundant blessing but it's only through Him (His resurrection power) that I can be obedient and in right relationship with Him! This BLOWS my mind and humbles me to the core! God wants my obedience, I can't do it on my own, He gives me the ability if I'm willing to rely on Him and then He blesses me for that obedience!! Hardly a sacrifice on my part, huh? Only Yahweh has such an awesome plan!
