With Church life there are seasons. There are seasons of of harvest and there are seasons of rest. During seasons of harvest the enemy would want to distract, divide and discourage in order to keep us from seeing God use us. This is an excerpt from a leadership talk I gave to the staff at Seacoast Church that I wanted to share with you.

i wrote notes in the tab for notes while i was watching the sermon about two minutes ago and i wanted to keep them because i was taking them so i could write a paper for class on them. but now they are gone before i go the chance to copy them. are they lost forever? is there any way to get them back? the website shouldn’t close like that, now i have to go back and try and remember an hours worth of notes to write down again.

There are definite seasons of ministry and this post is quite useful in preparing for and growing through each one.
