Here’s what I think…

A few thoughts while wondering how long it’s going to take to lose what I found during Thanksgiving week:

  • I enjoy the artistry of trying to capture moments thru photography.
  • Going to a game at Clemson will probably be a once in a lifetime experience. (Beautiful campus, if I lived there I’d be a fan, but it’s too far to drive.)
  • Chuck Colson seems to be a genuinely nice guy.
  • Somebody’s going to make a movie about this story. I’d pay to see it.
  • This line from the story sounds like a picture of spiritual warfare: “In other words the worm was designed to allow the Iranian program to continue but never succeed, and never to know why.” Think about that one for a minute.
  • Putting up the Xmas tree this week was the single most frustrating thing I’ve done year to date.
  • The fact that I used ‘Xmas’ in the previous sentence instead of spelling it out is going to put someones undies in a bunch. They are going to be tempted to jump to some conclusions about me that aren’t necessarily true.
  • I’m proud of how Seacoasters are becoming more in tune with the needs of the culture and expressing a more visible demonstration of Christ in the community.
  • I have a greater appreciation for parents of special needs kids as a result of worshipping together this weekend.
  • I think the Gamecocks have a chance against Auburn. Next year should be fun. (It’s always about next year, isn’t it?)
  • Priceless. The value of listening to my son Josh trying to explain to his 3 year old son what ‘homeless’ means, while we were delivering food to the local homeless shelter on Thanksgiving.
  • I’m going to miss Geoff & Sherry.

That’s about it for now.

So, what do you think?
